1. The Promoter
The promoter is Stafford Eco Fuels, located at Wicklow.

2. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Stafford Eco Fuels, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are excluded from entering.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the official entry form and successfully sign up for the Stafford Eco Fuels newsletter.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. The Prize
The prize consists of a Spring/Summer Bundle with a total retail value of €343.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Stafford Eco Fuels reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received.
The winner will be notified via the email address provided during signup.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Stafford Eco Fuels reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

6. Data Protection & Retention
By entering, you agree that your personal information will be held for a period of 60 days for the purpose of selecting and verifying a winner.
Participants who successfully subscribe to the newsletter will have their data retained on our active mailing list in accordance with our Privacy Policy until they choose to unsubscribe.
All data is processed in compliance with GDPR and the Data Protection Acts.

8. General
Stafford Eco Fuels reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
